ABOUT
The Moving Music Museum’s mission is to provide high quality educational music presentations for children and families regardless socio cultural background, race and neurodiversity. These presentations promote critical thinking, social emotional learning and connections between the arts and other branches of knowledge. It is an in house field trip aimed to expose young people to creativity, problem solving, diversity and similarity throughout the history and playing technique of ancestral and contemporary musical instruments from different parts of the world. The Moving Music Museum is the result of more than ten years of teaching artist experience in a wide array of settings from public schools,festival, museums to delinquency prevention programs.
